Editor’s WelcomeWelcome to The Undergraduate Journal of Law, Justice & Culture!
What began as an idea has quickly grown into a community of incredible students from diverse academic backgrounds who share an interest in exploring the intersections of law, justice, and culture through research, writing, and collaboration.
When creating the UJLJC, my vision was to create a space that gives students the opportunity to publish their work, serve on an editorial team, and develop skills in academic writing, critical thinking, and scholarly research. Seeing this idea come to life through the support of so many incredible individuals has been extremely rewarding.
Although the journal is new, it has already had an amazing amount of support. Our journal would not be possible without the amazing team of students who joined a brand-new organization, the Center for Law, Justice, & Culture, and our faculty advisor, Larry Hayman, Esq.
Whether you are a reader, writer, editor, supporter, or future member, thank you for visiting the UJLJC. If you're interested in getting involved, I encourage you to complete our member interest form on the Get Involved page. Join us as an inaugural writer and help shape the future of the UJLJC.
We are excited to continue growing this publication and the community surrounding it. I hope you'll follow along on our journey!
